    This was the worst experience I've ever had at a store. Isn't the "store leader" supposed to be warm & welcoming, ready to help me with what I need? Instead I was treated as a huge inconvenience because she had "too much on her plate." How is there anything more important than customer service?! This establishment might want to take a long hard look at their management because at this rate your "leader" is going to push everyone out of the store because she has better things to do. I am NEVER coming here again, and I will be sure to pass the message along.

    Very poor customer service, they made something as simple as getting a straw or spoon to eat one of their smoothies (which they forgot to give me in drive trough) such a hassle I said forget it and walked out
