Very poor customer service, they made something as simple as getting a straw or spoon to eat one of their smoothies (which they forgot to give me in drive trough) such a hassle I said forget it and walked out

They are awesome people who work there.. .hilarious sense of humor some of them...the service is good..too bad they didn't have an extra till when it gets really busy..some times the workers are swamped

Run out of product and dont tell you until you get to the window to tell you they dont have what you ordered. Happens MULTIPLE times a week
